Frequently Asked Questions
Since our veneers are custom-made specifically for you, they fit your teeth just like a glove fits your hand. We design them to naturally anchor to the backs of your teeth, and your mouth’s natural suction helps keep them securely in place. No glue or adhesive is necessary in most cases.
If you prefer a more semi-permanent solution, you can use denture adhesive to keep them in place for extended periods.
New Smile is the only veneer brand that uses Multistratum and PMMA materials instead of vacuum-melted plastic. Each veneer we create is 3D modeled, professionally milled, and hand-finished to ensure they look and feel as natural as possible.
The lifespan of your veneers depends on how you use them. Some people only wear them for special occasions and don’t eat while wearing them, while others wear them daily, even during meals. With proper care, your veneers can last 3-5 years or longer!
Absolutely. We customize your veneers to fit around any crowns, caps, or fillings you may have. Your impression will allow us to create a perfect fit.
With normal use, you won’t need to replace them frequently. Our proprietary resin, designed by NASA (and even used in space!), ensures they are long-lasting.
If you ever need a replacement, we keep your impressions on file so we can create a new set at a discounted price. Just reach out to us—we’re here to help!
A dental office would perform the same procedure—taking impressions—and charge you nearly $10,000. Instead, we send you an impression kit directly. After receiving your impressions, we 3D scan, model, and mill your custom veneers using professional-grade materials—the same process used by dental offices.

Once we receive your impressions, it typically takes 2-3 weeks for your custom veneers to be crafted and shipped to you.
While you can wear them during the day, we recommend removing them while sleeping to ensure their longevity and comfort.
If your veneers don’t fit perfectly, we will work with you to adjust them or remake them free of charge as part of our Perfect Fit™ Guarantee.
Cleaning is simple! Gently brush your veneers with a soft toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste. Avoid using hot water, as it can warp the material.
Yes, our veneers can be customized to cover gaps, including missing teeth, for a seamless smile.
